Been a customer of Jerz Nails for 10+ years and always walk out incredibly pleased! They have great customer service, always accommodating to their clients needs, and willing to do whatever it takes to make them happy; even if it means working through lunch or overtime- truly dedicated to their clients which is rare now a days! I've seen almost every person who works there over the years; no matter who it is they always have a smile on their face, and make you feel welcomed like family. I highly recommend them to all of my family and friends, you won't be sorry!

lousy customer service!!! the owner is deplorable. been young for 3 years with standing appointment every 3 weeks. they took my name out by mistake and cant figure out how to fit me in. the owner is an ignorant woman who was screTT me in front of customers. Di Mot go here!!!!!

Overall the service was basic, I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. During the pedicure I had general questions but she wasnt up for answering them. For my gel manicure on several of my nails he did not paint my whole nail bed. So a quick glance its nice but a closer look you can see the whole thing isnt painted.

Absolutely love this nail salon. I have turned almost all of my friends to coming here exclusively. Tara is the absolute best although everyone is amazing!! Great ownership, and caution with covid. Look forward to every appointment
