To meet our customer needs we have super easy policy for return & replacement of item. Below is our policy. We have explained all the cases.

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and if you want to cancel them contact us at Support@nexahair.com with in 24hours. You will get 100% reund.

Returns

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 07 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at support@nexahair.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

You can simply send your hairs back to us at Our warehouse.

Once we receive the item we will issue refund within 48hours after receiving the goods. However shipping cost would be non refundable.

Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

• How Long Do These Hair Bundles Last?

All Nexa Hair products are made with very high quality material which gives long lasting life to our products. However, It's life also depend on the handling by customer. If cared properly it can be used for 6-18 months without any problem.

• How To Wash these hairs if needed & How often should i wash them?

We made all extension by using natural human hair so it can be wash or treat like your real hair. However, usage of high quality shampoo gives lasting life to your hair extension. No need to wash your hair extensions frequently. It is recommend to wash them if you find them dirty or dust on it. Hair extensions can be wash by shampoo or conditioner.

It is recommend to wash Nexa Hair's after 20-25 wears or if you find them dirty. There is no need to wash them on daily basis or at regular interval of time. For washing it is advised to use warm water & soft comb to avoid any damage to hair's.

• Can I Color Or Dye these hairs?

All of our products are made with 100% natural human hair. You can easily color or Die hairs. However, It is recommended to get professional hair dresser or colorist to die your hair. Dying or coloring your may reduce the life hairs. It is recommended to avoid this process.

• Can I Use Iron Or Other Styling Tools On Hair?

Yes just like your natural hair you can easily curl,Cut & Straightened these hairs. You can iron them as well.
